1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

If 17club detects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void any wagers, confiscate funds, and exclude you from future participation.

However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely secure, and 17club cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other security breaches.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 17club platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. By depositing funds, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name;

By accepting any bonus, you agree to:

7. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 17club platform:

• Manipulating odds or exploiting technical vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action. 17club reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and provide user information as required by law.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

17club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity or suspected criminal conduct;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents;
• Creation of multiple accounts or duplicate registrations;
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff;
• Insolvency, bankruptcy, or payment default;

• Extended account inactivity (as defined in our account inactivity policy);
• Any other reason deemed necessary by 17club to protect the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, all pending wagers will be voided, bonus balances will be forfeited, and any remaining real money balance will be returned to you subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 17club is not obligated to provide detailed explanations for account termination decisions.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you forfeit any active bonuses and agree to complete all outstanding wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of remaining funds. Voluntary account closures may be subject to a cooling-off period as part of 17club's responsible gaming policies.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 17club and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits;

• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation conducted by a neutral third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties.
• Arbitration: If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or similar recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with 17club on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions against 17club.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent 17club from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

17club reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may provide additional notice through email, platform notifications, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the 17club platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account. Changes to Terms will not affect any disputes or claims that arose prior to the effective date of the updated Terms.
